Forbidden Vault (Three)

The time flow rate was becoming chaotic and disorderly.

Sometimes it sped up, and sometimes it slowed down. To a great extent, this represented the time rules inside the Forbidden Vault naturally affecting the time rules of the outside world.

It was a region that had been completely isolated, existing in another spacetime.

This silver-white Forbidden Vault contained a complete set of independent spacetime rules.

Through a great deal of deliberate design,

those spacetime rules were entirely different from the spacetime rules of the outside world.

They were even more unique and extreme.

The most obvious manifestation was that everything inside it would be completely frozen without exception!

It was as if someone had pressed the pause button.

Everything inside could move only after receiving permission.

Aside from that,

inside the Forbidden Vault, even microscopic particles such as quanta were fixed and would not change.

As a result, their existence was often like a transparent wall invisible to the naked eye.

They would bar anyone who tried to approach from entering.

If that was difficult to understand,

one could simply imagine the inside of the Forbidden Vault as containing countless places filled with air—or water—that remained eternally in a state of absolute stillness.

Under normal circumstances,

those things might not count as a problem at all. They could be moved and affected with ease.

Even ordinary people could deal with them,

but once they gained the properties of being immovable, untouchable, and absolutely still... their function would immediately be elevated in every sense, becoming the hardest shields and obstacles...

They could not be passed through, moved aside, or destroyed...

Even weapons of mass destruction with tremendous power would first have to find a way to make them movable, to remove their state of absolute stillness, before they could have any
