Forbidden Vault (II)

Forbidden Vault.

As the name suggested, this was an enormous special warehouse belonging to Makala's race, specifically used to store all kinds of forbidden items.

It existed at the very core of the entire Central Base, hidden within an artificial spacetime. The passage in and out could only be opened with special equipment and the corresponding access permissions.

Such as Makala's Transcender race.

Although their actual number of members was considerable, only a single-digit number of them usually possessed the authority to open the passage to the Forbidden Vault.

Among those few, only the leader of the entire race possessed the authority to freely take out and use various things from inside the Forbidden Vault.

If the others wanted to take something out, they could usually only rely on the leader granting them permission.

So.

Under normal circumstances, they could at most store various things inside and perform regular inspections.

They had no authority to take anything directly.

They could only look, not touch.

Makala was one of them.

They were someone with a certain amount of actual standing within their race.

From time to time, they were responsible for putting the dangerous creations of their fellow members into the Forbidden Vault for storage, preventing anything from suddenly running out of control and sending everyone straight to the grave.

At that moment.

They were walking through the passage of the Forbidden Vault.

Their mood held a trace of anticipation.

As one of the facility's managers.

After all these years, they could finally see the things inside actually play some practical role...

To be fair.

This was truly an occasion worth commemorating!
