"Death?"
Baili Qingfeng stopped.
He raised his head and gazed into the distance.
The crisis came from above. It seemed very far away, as though it lay beyond the heavens. But the Cavemen World had no concept of "beyond the heavens." After all, above his head... was nothing but a vast, oppressive layer of black rock.
"Could it be an earthquake? Then the earth would collapse and bury the entire Underground World completely?"
Baili Qingfeng stared carefully at the rock overhead and pushed his spirit to its utmost limit, probing with all his heart.
However, it was fine when he did not investigate. The moment he consciously sensed and peered into it, his mind seemed to be covered by a layer of dust, and that sense of danger instead gradually blurred.
"The possibility of an earthquake is too small. The Cavemen World has existed for a thousand years, and its structure is extremely stable. If earthquakes really happened at the drop of a hat, the entire Cavemen World would have been destroyed long ago. How could it have been passed down to this day?"
Baili Qingfeng pondered inwardly while looking down at the Cavemen camp.
Though it was around two or three in the morning, the entire camp was unexpectedly lit up, and all the Cavemen Warriors were fully armed, as if facing a great enemy.
"They're on guard? In that case, there's no way for me to display my assassination arts and launch a surprise attack..."
He carefully sensed the situation...
Though the camp was on high alert, there were only two Half-Step Legends. The good news was that the legendary Caveman had yet to arrive.
Unable to launch an assassination ambush, he could only attack head-on...
Combined with that unseen sense of danger...
The correct course of action
