Background / History
The Chaotic Continent receives human lords from Blue Star and places them in a “fair racial hegemony” against its ten thousand races. Each human lord ignites a Spark, gaining access to sign-ins, a mall, chat, and trading functions while competing for survival, territory, and eventual godhood or eternity 1.
Its early contests include the Chaotic Illusion Realm, a scarlet-tinted defensive trial in which system-announced enemies attack lord territories, and recurring Beast Tides. Unlike the Illusion Realm, Beast Tide losses and casualties are real; human lords face them without the protection period granted at their descent 87 113.
The continent is a newly born world evolved from supreme laws. Chaos produces life and civilization through cycles of reincarnation, making control of the continent's Origin Caliber a path toward eternal indestructibility 931 1067.
Huang Yu discovers that the Lord's Authorities held by races and lords are manifestations of this Origin Caliber. A lord whose total Authorities equal those of all other lords can become master of the continent when the Chaos Consciousness begins a new reincarnation 1067.
