History

Huanyu Territory began as Huang Yu’s protected settlement in a region bordered by grasslands to the northeast and forests to the north and west. Early exploration identified nearby monsters, nomadic Orcs, and the surrounding terrain as immediate threats and resource sources. 64

Huang Yu prioritized functional growth over ornamentation. He acquired a Lord Statue for its territory-enhancing functions and Breathing Soil to accelerate agricultural development, then upgraded the settlement into Huanyu City. The new city centered on a black-and-gold castle, the Hall of Heroes, the Magic Pattern Research Institute, and a planned network of roads, housing, farmland, mines, and pastures. 104 108

Expansion began with Expanse Wing City in the northeastern grasslands, followed by Sunrise City, Jingbei City, Qingxi City, Weihai City, and further branch and guard cities. The original four continental branch cities secured Huanyu’s northeastern, eastern, northern, and western approaches. 275 276 566 621

As its territory grew, Huanyu established formal administrative departments, province-level divisions, professional associations, laws, training institutions, and a trade network centered on Huanyu Coin. Appearance

At Tier 4, Huanyu City was organized around a flattened central hill supporting its expanded Castle. Eight layered ramparts surrounded the main keep and six spires, while white-stone stairways descended toward the core buildings below. 108
