"Here we are!" The old driver lifted the curtain, and Li Banfeng stepped down from the carriage.
"This is Desolate Path Town?"
The old man nodded. "See that city gate? Three dollars for the toll before you go in."
Li Banfeng gazed into the distance for a moment. This place was a town, yet it actually had walls. They were not especially high.
They looked to be piled from earth and stone. He had no idea how sturdy they were.
The old driver was about to leave when Li Banfeng said, "Take me into town and show me around."
The old man turned back. "I already brought you here. What's there to show?"
"I'll pay." Li Banfeng pulled out a banknote.
"This money..." The old man looked at the banknote. He truly wanted it, but after hesitating for a moment, he still shook his head. "You'd better hire someone after you get into town."

"Find someone in town. You'll save those thirty dollars. You could eat, drink, do whatever you want with it."
