Ji Jue and Tong Shan’s team fought the Evil Transformation Cult as Quancheng rose toward the present world and the city’s factions moved toward a final confrontation. After staying behind and hiding his identity, Ji Jue entered an underground Workshop, made Sun Ci his ally, and began exploring its secrets.

• Tong Shan revealed his Rebirth Form and used the Collapse Disaster to swallow Ling Zhi, while Yan Chong escaped and Ji Jue’s team retreated from the ruins.
• Ji Jue and Tong Shan raided an Evil Transformation Cult branch and a ruined mall, where they discovered Du Deng’s hidden Workshop and learned that the Nine Evils factions had gathered in Quancheng for a major plan.
• Quancheng rose toward the present world as pollution poured from the sky, while Ye Xian defeated Duan Mu’s abomination and Lu Changsheng and Tao Gong agreed to settle the city’s fate within five days.
• Ji Jue stayed with Tong Shan’s team as the Security Bureau and Evil Transformation Cult fought across Quancheng, then helped seize the bank’s control hub and kill the Deep Artisan.
• Tang Qian joined Ji Jue after a bargain, but Sido’s attempt to summon the Turning Wheel Saint King ended with Sido dead and the Saint King leaving Quancheng.
• Tong Shan rewrote Ji Jue’s identity as a Secluded Artisan Apprentice and left him behind, while Lu Changsheng urged Quancheng’s gathered leaders to make a last stand.
• Ji Jue entered the underground Workshop, secretly studied its alchemy, and helped Sun Ci survive a quota crisis and kill an Aberration with a makeshift pistol.
• Cun Ling made Sun Ci the Workshop supervisor, and Ji Jue became his assistant, eased the workers’ conditions, and discovered that Lou Feng’s Spirit Essence Crystal reacted near the Precious Material Preservation Room.

Ji Jue escaped Jianyuan’s Workshop, helped bring about Quancheng’s destruction and recovery, and awakened the Doomsday Train. He began restoring the train and discovered his blessings could transform machines into living creations.

• Ji Jue infiltrated the Workshop, freed Lou Yanyue, and was captured by Jianyuan, who forced him to study Fiendification Alchemy and revealed the battle consuming Quancheng.
• Tao Cheng sacrificed himself to bring Celestial Origin’s virtue into Quancheng, while Tong Shan raised the Celestial Origin Flag as the city sank beneath the Vortex.
• Ji Jue broke free of Jianyuan’s restraints and awakened the engine, which rejected Jianyuan and rebuilt the Doomsday Train as Ji Jue declared himself Jianyuan’s enemy.
• Ji Jue used the Sky Rail and the anguish of Quancheng’s dead to awaken steel Abominations and fight Lu Changsheng, while Ye Xian crippled Jianyuan’s Workshop and Jianyuan withdrew.
• Lu Changsheng was annihilated by the Sky Overseer’s Absolute Punishment, and Ji Jue lit the ruined streets as Quancheng’s monsters crumbled.
• Ji Jue awoke in the hospital, learned that Celestial Origin had granted him Axis of Domination, and used a strange key to enter the Doomsday Train.
• Ji Jue captured Yue Ting after a smuggling operation, secretly took Shoushan Copper, and found the train hidden beneath his seaside workshop.
• Ji Jue repaired the Myriad Manifestations Engine and learned how the Doomsday Train had helped trap a dark star before falling into the Riftworld, and later, he transformed a grandfather clock into a Brass Leopard.

Ji Jue entered Gustav’s brutal Artisan examination and turned its ruined island into a fortified Workshop, earning the top ranking. As the next round began, he used Assault Cow and Horse to attack Helmut Neumann’s Workshop.

• Ye Xian urged Ji Jue to qualify as an Artisan before the year’s final registration, and Ji Jue secured the required recommendations from Lou Feng and Zhou Zhong.
• Ji Jue helped Zhou Zhong forge Tong Shan’s sword, using his knowledge of Chengchuan Aggregation to stabilize the furnace and complete the Blessing Chain.
• Gustav launched the examination in the Myriad Transformations Tower, where Ji Jue repaired a ruined Workshop and survived an Aberration attack during the Calamity of No Light simulation.
• Ji Jue built an underground base, crafted powered armor, and captured a Metamorphosed Evil Object as pollution and attacks from eliminated examinees intensified.
• Ji Jue fought Lou Feng’s Crystal Giant and other Alchemical Creations, then seized control of the Workshop and defeated the attackers.
• The Tower ranked Ji Jue first with 363 points, and he spent his points on materials and blessings before upgrading his Workshop and armor for the next round.
• Helmut Neumann invaded Ji Jue’s Workshop Core with the Mirror of Usurpation, but Ji Jue’s defenses and Assault Cow and Horse counterattacked Helmut’s Workshop with rockets and invasive mycelium.
• After Helmut activated his defenses and purification systems, Assault Cow and Horse launched into the sky as Ji Jue wrapped it in heated mercury and drove it toward Helmut’s exposed Workshop.

Ji Jue won the Artisan examination, then accepted the Examiner’s challenge to defeat the Nether Sea Worm in a simulation. He created Isis and spent decades developing a way to cover the Nether Sea with workshops, ending as Isis built him a new body and threatened to torment him.

• Ji Jue defeated Helmut, launched his Workshop into space, and finished the second round of the examination in first place.
• Ji Jue overcame Frederick Cosgum and his Burning Lord Surtr, then prepared for the final elimination round as the Myriad Transformations Tower activated beyond Gustav’s control.
• The contestants united against Ji Jue, but he transformed his Workshop into the Construction of Ten Thousand Hands, destroyed rival Workshops, and defeated the remaining challengers.
• Ji Jue faced Andre in the final battle and defeated his sanctuary, becoming the examination’s victor, but the Myriad Transformations Tower continued operating.
• The Examiner told Ji Jue to kill the Nether Sea Worm, revealed that the Nether Sea was its dispersed incarnation, and offered him Creative Mode in the simulation.
• Ji Jue repeatedly tested armies, weapons, and Sage’s Shadow against the Worm, died many times, and eventually created a Workshop Spirit named Isis.
• Ji Jue and Isis scanned the Worm and spent years refining their creations, then began spreading Workshops, Spirit Essence Circuits, and Towers throughout the Nether Sea to delay its awakening.
• After the Nether Sea was covered with Workshops, Isis operated on Ji Jue, implanted the Workshop’s core into his new body, and refused his offer to create her a simulated nervous system.
