"...!" A slightly familiar, peculiar voice rang out. Cracks appeared across the massive block of ice that had sealed Chen Fan inside, and Nadjeshda's eyes widened. Chen Fan was all right?

"You actually got out of my ice!" Esdeath stared at Chen Fan in astonishment.
"If I couldn't even do that, how could I make you submit?" Chen Fan said with a faint smile. He had also noticed Nadjeshda's situation. In just a little while longer, she would be able to kill Belic. All he had to do was hold Esdeath off for a moment.
Esdeath had clearly seen through Chen Fan's intentions. If she had still been fighting earlier, she might not have thought so much about it. But now that she had just broken away from battle, she knew she had to end this quickly. Otherwise, her escort mission would fail completely. She had to use her ultimate move.
