Lucy said nervously, "What exactly is going on?" Before long, the transformation was complete.

Village Chief Mocha continued, "I'm very sorry. We scared you."

"What exactly is going on?" Gray asked, staring at the Village Chief in surprise. "How pitiful," Lucy said from the side.

That guy Natsu said excitedly, "That's, that's so cool."

"Ah..." A chorus of surprise rang out. Chen Fan wordlessly smacked his forehead. He gave up. Compared to a brainless guy like Natsu, his quips really had no impact.

Yet Natsu still hadn't noticed that something was wrong with the atmosphere and continued excitedly, "Awesome! Give me the horns and spikes."

"It's the first time someone's called me cool, but I'm not happy about it at all," a villager whispered to Village Chief Mocha.

"Hey, everyone's worried about turning into something like this," Lucy said to Natsu, unable to watch any longer.

Only then did Natsu realize the situation. "Really?" Then he said to the villagers, "Sorry, sorry. Then we need to think of something."

"You finally understand the situation," Happy said. "You should pay attention to the situation too," Gray added after Happy.

Lucy turned to Chen Fan and asked, "Chen Fan, can't you see anything?"

Hearing the Village Chief say this, Natsu said excitedly, "Maybe he can still turn back to normal." But Gray saw BoBo's photo and said in surprise, "Captain!"

"Aye..." Lucy and Happy saw it too.

"So now we know why he disappeared. It must be the captain's ghost," Gray continued. "A ghost...?" Lucy jumped at the word ghost. Girls were more sensitive about that sort of thing.

"Hehe..." A voice rang out, ruining the mood again. Everyone looked over and saw that it was Chen Fan laughing off to the side.

Chen Fan had already stopped listening earlier. When would this low-grade plot ever end? So he blocked out the sound and stood to one side, watching them act out a silent play. He unconsciously laughed. Seeing everyone looking at him, Chen Fan hurriedly changed his expression, looking deeply saddened, making everyone think that what they had just seen was an illusion.

Village Chief Mocha continued, "That must mean my son sought help for us even in death. The only solution we can think of now is this: destroy the moon. Please, I beg you." After speaking, he took the lead in bowing, his feelings utterly sincere.

Before long, Chen Fan and the others were arranged in a room. Chen Fan was already somewhat tired after the day. He hadn't exercised this much in a long time, and his body had gotten rusty. He lay down under the blankets and fell asleep early.

Happy leaned against the window, looking at the purple moon hanging in the sky. "The longer I look at that moon, the creepier it feels."

Hearing Happy's words, Lucy turned back and said to him, "Happy, hurry up and close the window. Didn't you hear what the Village Chief said? We might end up turning into that too." Imagining herself becoming a demon, Lucy covered her face. "Scary!" She made a quip at her own expense.

"But this really is a headache. I'm usually not good at thinking, and the one who is good at thinking is asleep now," Natsu said lazily from his chair.

"But destroying the moon is really..." Gray said from the side.

"How many hits would it take for me to destroy the moon? I really have no idea!" That brainless Natsu was actually thinking about that. If Chen Fan heard him, who knew whether he would leap out of the blankets to teach those ** a lesson? That was Chen Fan's favorite thing to do.

"You really want to destroy the moon?! What the hell are you thinking?!" Gray shouted at Natsu.

"Yeah, no matter how powerful a wizard is, I don't think they could destroy the moon," Lucy said after thinking it over carefully.
