The Milky Way.

The edge of the Cosmic Storm Zone.

An Uninhabited Planet, with a vast underground world inside it.

Hidden within was a Rebel Army.

This Rebel Army was called the Imperial Family Army.

Its slogan was that after overthrowing the Federal Parliament and the Military, every member of the Rebel Army would be able to become the ruler of a Life Planet.

The entire Imperial Family Army had a population of just over forty million.

If every single person really could rule a Life Planet, then forget the Milky Way not having enough Life Planets to go around—even all the Life Planets in the whole of Benxi County put together would not be enough.

Even so, people still kept joining the Imperial Family Army in an endless stream.

For more than a year now, in the eyes of the surrounding Life Planets and Military fleets, the Imperial Family Army had remained the same as ever.

They only dared launch distant attacks on isolated warships every now and then, or else surround and attack those Transport Ships.

They could not stir up any real waves.

However, no one knew that inside the Imperial Family Army's Military Base, things had become completely deserted and quiet for more than a year.

Everyone, unless they had some attack mission, stayed inside the Military Base and cultivated with all their might, day and night without rest.

The entertainment city and leisure areas inside the Military Base were all empty.

Between people, even those in the closest relationships, there was almost no communication at all.

It was as if the more than forty million members of the Imperial Family Army had all turned into cultivation maniacs.
