Izayoi later confronted threats tied to the Incubators and Outer Gods, ending the stretch by fighting the Salvation Witch with Taotie.

• Izayoi Sakamaki joined Master Ancient’s cosmic cleanup, then returned to Earth and discovered that Cthulhu’s black sun had driven humanity mad and corrupted Master Ancient.
• Izayoi Sakamaki used Taotie, whose True Name was Feast, to consume the Dark Dimension and its corruption, then helped Master Ancient use the Time Stone to restore Earth.
• Izayoi Sakamaki invited Master Ancient into the Chat Group, where Kaname Madoka revealed that her wish had made her the Law of Cycles, and he added Akemi Homura so she could reunite with Madoka.

Izayoi uncovered how the Ishtar people had stolen the Hounds of Tindalos’ knowledge and raised Anna’s daughter as one of their own. After Chloe reunited with her Hound clan, Izayoi traveled into the past with her to recover Anna’s remains, while Kurumi’s unexplained effect on Chloe raised suspicions.

• Izayoi returned to the timeline where Madoka became a god, learned that Mithras had mistaken him for an Ishtar time traveler, and discovered that Taotie had eaten Mithras’s avatar.
• Izayoi found the Ishtar people in the Type-Moon world and brought Chat Group members to their library, where they learned that the Ishtar people used a Hound’s womb and a captive pup to evade the Hounds.
• Izayoi helped Mithras pursue the Ishtar people, then allowed one to lead him to the Clan Grounds, where an attacker knocked him unconscious.
• The Ishtar people’s attempted body exchange failed, and Izayoi escaped with Mithras and Girl after his Perpetual Motion Machine activated.
• Izayoi showed Tindalos a mirror and explained that the Ishtar people had deceived her about her origins, and Mithras gave her a fragment of her mother Anna’s skull.
• Tindalos accepted her birth name, Chloe, and rejoined the Hounds of Tindalos, who agreed to help her recover Anna’s remains from the past.

After returning to school and resolving Little Madoka’s confession, Izayoi entered the Naruto world, where Tobirama Senju died confronting Madara Uchiha.

• Izayoi Sakamaki, Tokisaki Kurumi, and Akemi Homura discovered that the Hound of Tindalos was Anna, Chloe’s mother, and helped Anna learn that her daughter was alive in the future.

The group faced hidden attackers and deadly creatures, and Izayoi killed a giant while the identity of the people targeting him remained unknown.

• Izayoi Sakamaki urged the Hokages to train harder, but their resistance and a dangerous laboratory test led to one of them being poisoned.
• After the poisoned Hokage’s illness worsened, Izayoi and the Hokages searched the forest for antidote materials, facing venomous creatures, bandits, bears, and piranhas.
• Masked attackers repeatedly tried to kill Izayoi, while Xiao Meng and Hei each rescued him after he was poisoned or badly injured.
• Izayoi recovered the remaining antidote materials from apes and other dangers, but a giant centipede and a disfigured masked attacker delayed the search.
• After the masked captive killed himself rather than reveal his employer, Izayoi and the Hokages found their missing comrade beside a giant.
