"Why are you looking? We're closed."
Jack had parked the car in the garage and was addressing Tao Yu, who was gazing up at something by the entrance.
"Oh."
Tao Yu casually pulled down the garage door, then turned back.
"There are a few people watching us from the roof across the street. They're probably the group of Pioneers, and they look like they're from the Outer City."
"So what do we do now?"
Jack paused, then humbly asked Tao Yu for his advice. Everything he knew about the Pioneers came from Tao Yu.
"From what you and Tommy said earlier, I didn't sense much hostility. Let's ask them over tomorrow and meet face-to-face. I'll talk to them."
Tao Yu didn't mind helping make the introduction.
But now that some Pioneers had discovered this place, he'd have to start preparing to "sell" Jack.
