The bitter blizzard still raged, and White Walkers continued to charge out of it. But these White Walkers, who could bring about the end of the world in the Game of Thrones World, were nothing to Warrior Captain and the others.
A blue-haired beauty in a naval uniform stood beyond the wall of wind formed by the blizzard. Her figure was so stunning that her buttons looked ready to burst.
The blizzard roiled behind her like a wall, seemingly no more than a backdrop.
"Lady Esdeath."
Harribel bowed respectfully.
The next moment, Esdeath hooked a finger beneath her chin and lifted her head.
"Well done."
"This is what the boss wanted."
Harribel handed over the large sphere containing Capibaha. Esdeath raised a hand, and a block of floating ice lifted the sphere.
Then she turned to look at Warrior Captain and the others. Her gaze lingered on Asuna and Lagys for a moment, as if sizing them up.
"Not bad."
It was unclear what she was praising. The next moment, Esdeath addressed Warrior Captain and the others in a commanding tone.
"Follow me. Someone as small as you might not withstand the blizzard."
As she spoke, she raised a hand and swept it toward the blizzard behind her, opening a windless passage straight through it. She seemed able to influence even this unusual storm to some extent!
The Ring was in Scathach's hands. Aside from acting alongside Scathach, Esdeath's range of movement was more or less limited to this area.
Still, escorting this group back was well within her capabilities.
"You should head back and find the Platinum Dragon Lord. Better yet, meet the Reincarnators directly. If we get any information here, we'll send word to you."
