Leonard looked at Tao Yu, who had suddenly appeared, and seemed quite surprised.
Pallez's sudden panic and Amon's sudden flight had happened too quickly, and Leonard hadn't gotten an answer to his questions.
He only knew roughly that his old man's nemesis had come, though it might have been just an avatar or something.
But now he'd run into his missing "informant."
Leonard had a very deep impression of Mr. Sosi.
He'd always been a reliable informant, providing him with plenty of intelligence.
Then one day, Sosi suddenly pointed out that Pallez was inside him, and quickly gave him important information that he needed to report to the Church.
The Church had even instructed him that if he ever encountered Sosi again, he had to report it immediately.
A year had already passed in the blink of an eye.
He hadn't expected to see this mysterious informant again now.
Sosi had discovered Pallez, and soon afterward, the angel-descending incident in Backlund had taken place.
The old man had said that the informant who could detect him had to be an Angel himself or have an Angel backing him. Sosi was likely connected to that major incident in Backlund.
Leonard had thought he might never see him again!

Leonard's expression was complicated. Given his duties, he had to report Sosi, and ideally arrest him right now.
But they'd gotten along fairly well before, and the information Sosi had given him had earned him the attention of the Church's higher-ups.
