The little girl hiding in the closet was Moeha's classmate from the neighboring class. He had seen her before in the café's security footage, so Amamiya Natsuki remembered her clearly.

Miss Sakura had been right. The curse of the Door of Despair spread to the curious. Moeha had come inside, and it was only natural that this little junior high school student had entered the space behind the door.

"Eh?" The trembling girl in the closet froze, then widened her eyes in surprise. "W-why do you know my name?"

Amamiya Natsuki didn't answer. He simply took half a step back and pulled a small desk lamp from his Game Backpack.

Its gentle light immediately chased away the darkness in the room.

With a light source, the girl in pajamas finally got a clear look at Amamiya Natsuki's face. She stared at him in disbelief, her mouth falling open. "E-Eh? Senpai?!"

As Student Council President, Amamiya Natsuki was somewhat well-known at school. Plenty of people recognized him.

"That's me." Amamiya Natsuki gently explained why he was there. "Moeha and Chika went missing. I got a call saying they'd entered this door, so I came in to look for them. As for how I recognized you, I saw you with Moeha when I checked the café's security footage earlier."

The junior high school girl immediately tensed up and asked anxiously:

"Did Moeha-chan come in here too? How is she now?"

"I haven't found her yet," Amamiya Natsuki said. "I found you first, though."

"I-I'm sorry..."

The junior high school girl apologized in embarrassment.

Amamiya Natsuki waved a hand.

"Anyway, come out first. We can talk after that."

"Mm..." The girl in the closet murmured her assent. She hesitated for a few seconds, then blushed and
