"This is how you're supposed to wear a wedding dress..."

Amamiya Natsuki felt a strange attraction pulling at him. It was different from the law of gravity—a kind of chest-ward gravity. His gaze involuntarily fell just below Secretary Chika's collarbones, and he almost couldn't look away.

The Fujiwara family's genes really were something else.

"I'm changed," Fujiwara Chika said brightly. "President, let's go."

"Let's."

Amamiya Natsuki let out a soft breath, took Secretary Chika's hand, raised his flashlight with the other, and stepped into the guest room.

The girls in the hallway looked at them with complicated expressions.

Not only was she wearing a pure white wedding dress, they were holding hands, too. It looked less like an adventure and more like they were walking into a wedding ceremony together... Anyway, their feelings were complicated.

They entered the room.

Natsuki and Chika made a quick sweep, but didn't find anything unusual. They didn't see any of the players who had entered earlier, or any previous guests. It looked like an ordinary empty room.

"How was that, President?" Fujiwara Chika put her right hand on her hip and proudly lifted her chin. "How could I jinx things every single time? That's impossible."

"Don't get cocky..."

Before Natsuki could finish, his gaze suddenly landed on the hem of Chika's wedding dress. At some point, it had quietly turned black. A wave of dizziness surged over him, and his consciousness sank downward. In that moment, there was only one thought in his mind.

What a jinx!

She really was a hundred-percent jinx!

The dizziness faded.

Amamiya Natsuki opened his eyes again and found himself lying on a bed. He wasn't in the hotel anymore, but in an unfamiliar, clean room. It wasn't very large, but it felt cozy.

"Natsuki, why are you awake?"
