Amamiya Natsuki climbed back up the cliff and looked at the black-haired Quail girl. Smiling, he approached her step by step.
"Shoko, now it's just the two of us."
As Amamiya Natsuki advanced, Komie-san hurriedly covered her chest and backed away. Then her foot caught on something, and she fell backward.
Amamiya Natsuki reacted quickly and caught the Quail girl. Putting on a stern expression, he said:
"Watch your step. You don't want to hurt yourself."
Komie-san hurriedly apologized. "S-sorry..."
But her voice was so faint it sounded like a mosquito buzzing. Anyone with less than perfect hearing wouldn't have been able to make it out.
"When you apologize, you need to show some sincerity." Amamiya Natsuki smiled. "How about this? Give me a kiss, and I'll forgive you."
"Huh?"
Komie-san flusteredly looked up at him.
Amamiya Natsuki raised his right hand, pointed at his cheek, and said:
"You can kiss me first. Just a kiss on the cheek. If I make the first move, though, it won't be limited to a kiss on the cheek."

The Quail girl's cheeks flushed scarlet. She was too nervous to speak and could only shake her head in alarm.
"Hurry up and kiss me." Amamiya Natsuki put on a stern face. "If you don't decide in ten seconds, I'll decide for you."
In the real world, the Quail girl had already been trained to be quite obedient. If he told her to kiss his cheek, she would.
But now things were completely different.
