To Yukinoshita Yukino's horror, the scene before her blurred and shifted. Then "she" appeared in the dining room, facing the same breakfast and the same conversation. Every detail was exactly the same.

Yukinoshita Yukino wanted to struggle, to fight back.
But she didn't even have a body now, so struggling and fighting back had no effect. All she could do was watch helplessly as she relived "a day in Haruno's life."

The Memory disk was a one-time-use item, but not in the way she'd imagined. It didn't automatically break after being used once; it could only store a memory once.
Since a memory could only be recorded once and no one else could record another, it could naturally be called a one-time-use item. In that respect, it was much like a movie disc in the real world.
