In the main hall, the Sorcerer Supreme, The Ancient One, sat beside the tea table as usual, leisurely toying with the tea set in her hands.
Suddenly, Hao Shuai dropped from above, his clothes disheveled and his hair a mess.
He scrambled to his feet, thrust a middle finger at the empty air, and cursed nonstop. "Damn it! You shameless old bastard, True Person Changmei! Just you wait~~"
After cursing for several minutes, Hao Shuai finally felt satisfied. He straightened his clothes and fixed his hair, then noticed The Ancient One watching the spectacle from nearby.
"Good morning, Master Ancient One! Have you eaten yet?" Hao Shuai felt no embarrassment at all about being seen in such a sorry state.
"Good morning to you, too! I've already eaten." The Ancient One poured him a cup of tea and said with interest, "From the look of you, it seems something has upset you?"
