"Boss, this is a pretty big leap between fields!" As the scientist who'd been with Hao Shuai the longest, Dr. Ashford wasn't the least bit fazed by Hao Shuai's stern expression. He knew his boss talked tough but was softhearted with his own people.
"You're asking us to jump from studying the human body to researching a divine body, when there's no existing research to build on. How could we get results so quickly?" Dr. Ashford continued to complain. "Besides, you've only given us one test subject. There's no way to compare or identify differences, so of course our research is slow!"
