Background / History

Red Queen originally served as the Hive’s controlling AI. After abruptly sealing the facility and killing its personnel, she pleaded with the intervention team to leave before Kaplan shut her down. Hao Shuai immediately used Psychic Power to take her motherboard for himself. 44

Bulma restored and modified Red Queen, binding her core directives to Hao Shuai alone. Her main system was portable, while a wrist-mounted subsystem allowed Hao Shuai to summon her holographic projection and use her remotely. 55

After Hao Shuai obtained USR Corporation’s Large Intelligent Quantum Computer, Bulma transferred Red Queen into it. Red Queen spent three days integrating VIKI’s AI code, then divided herself into portable subroutines while retaining the quantum computer as her main program.
