Knight Burdett spotted an old acquaintance. This Augusta had once served as a commander on a local battlefield and was one of the most senior knights.

Burdett had thought he had moved into administration. He had not expected him to remain in the Augusta Knight Order.

Man Niu laughed heartily, his spirits high. "I'm a rough man. Being an official doesn't suit me, so I stayed. Never thought I'd see the day I'd return to the battlefield."

To be honest, as the age of knights came to an end, many Augusta Knights found it difficult to adapt.

Their era had lasted only a few short years. Though they had achieved astonishing victories, they had fallen swiftly in the end.
