Da Yu Attains the Dao

Zhunti hurriedly composed himself and repeatedly waved his hands. "Fellow Daoist Xuanyuan, you misunderstand. I have no such intention."

Xuanyuan's sword strike last time was still fresh in his memory. He did not dare set his sights on the Human Race again.

"I hope so!"

Seeing Zhunti admit defeat, Xuanyuan finally put away his sword. However, he still watched Zhunti with great vigilance. This fellow was no harmless character—who knew whether he might suddenly lose his mind and cause trouble?

"Everyone, the Human Dao is about to reach completion, and the transformation of Heaven and Earth is imminent. I do not wish for anyone to make any moves at this time. Otherwise..."

Nuwa's gaze swept across the crowd. The Saints all nodded. The transformation of Heaven and Earth was an enormous opportunity for them. Whoever dared cause trouble would be making enemies of everyone.

"Rest assured, Fellow Daoist Nuwa. We will not permit anyone to do anything that goes against everyone's interests at such a time. Otherwise, before you even need to act, we will erase them from Heaven and Earth."

Zhen Yuanzi and the others wore solemn expressions as they echoed her words.

Upon the altar, Da Yu bowed to the Saints, then looked toward the Sky Dome.

"May the Three Daos of Heaven, Earth, Human bear witness. I, Da Yu, inherit the position of Human Emperor. I tame the floods, establish the rivers, dredge the Nine Provinces, and bring peace to the Myriad Spirits.

"Today, I forge nine Innate Spiritual Treasures, the Nine Tripods, to stand separately and guard the territories of the Human Race's Nine Provinces. They shall divide the mountains and rivers and stabilize Auspicious Qi.

"With these Nine Tripods, I establish the nation of the Human Race and lay the foundation for an eternal legacy.
