Background / History

Tang Hao lived in Sacred Soul Village as its only blacksmith, running the village blacksmith shop while raising his sons Tang Yin and Tang San. He was regularly drunk, slept through the mornings, and left cooking and housework to Tang Yin. Despite this neglect, he quietly listened when Tang Yin urged him to drink less and eat properly. 1

When Tang Yin and Tang San awakened Blue Silver Grass martial souls, Tang Hao reacted with an unusual tremble and repeatedly muttered that it was “just like hers.” His hostility toward Spirit Masters escalated when Old Jack proposed sending Tang San to Nuoding City Junior Spirit Master Academy, suggesting that painful past experiences shaped his views. 4

Tang Hao was shocked when Tang San revealed his second martial soul, the Clear Sky Hammer. He instructed Tang San to use the hammer in his left hand to protect the grass in his right hand, framing the order as a lifelong duty. 5
