The Chaotic Star Sea had always been a favorite hideout for fugitives who had offended powerful forces in the Three Realms. Its environment was complex, and the void was filled with all kinds of violent energies, treacherous and ever-changing.

The most powerful among them called himself the Star Miyo Emperor. He was a peak Body Integration Realm expert and was also counted among the Ten Peak Experts. Rumor had it that he came from Star Miyo Immortal Palace, a major force in the Immortal Realm. Tens of thousands of years ago, he had betrayed the Immortal Venerable and fled to the Chaotic Star Sea to rule as he pleased.

The strangest thing was that the Immortal Venerable had not gone after him at all, simply letting him run wild out there.

The Star Miyo Emperor was unlike most members of the Immortal Race. He was openhearted and bold, loved making friends, and was exceptionally loyal. The Star Miyo Emperor turned no one away, not even those from the High-ranking Devil Race.

Once someone entered the Chaotic Star Sea, they automatically came under the Seven Emperors' protection. The one condition was that they could never leave again. At the same time, a rule had been established throughout the Three Realms:
