Lazy Gaia? This is a huge problem.
Day turned to night, and night to day.
Half a month had passed just like that.
Because of the "Gaia Summit," Gold City had undergone a major renovation.
Chaos had overseen it personally.
With ease, he had built some utterly astonishing structures that felt like they belonged to the future, to an interstellar alien civilization.
Gold City was now less a city than an island.
Over the years, the White White Sea had been expanded again and again. On top of that, small islands had occasionally been moved in to form a scattered ring around Gold City. From a high vantage point, it was now about a tenth the size of a medium-sized island.
Towering golden skyscrapers stood in orderly rows. There were buildings shaped like enormous spaceships, star-shaped structures, and sculptural buildings modeled after Chaos and the various people in charge.
And more.
White Sea waterways wound across the ground and through the sky. Sky Belly cars and airships let people travel freely between the land and the heavens, while floating islands and rainbows added to the scene.
It was as beautiful as a fairyland.
Most importantly, it was lavish.
Gold was everywhere, and every bit of it was wealth within arm's reach.
"This is so boring!"
Sprawled across the office sofa, Chaos looked utterly listless.
His Future Prediction had stabilized. He was still developing Life Return, his three types of Haki, the Gold-Gold Fruit, and the Soul-Soul Fruit, but for some reason, he had been feeling restless and had no desire to train these past few days.
He was even starting to feel fed up.
Maybe all that constant training had kept his nerves wound too tight. If it went on much longer, he might lose his appetite, stop caring about
