A moment later, on a street awash with neon lights, Yuan Shan looked at Fu Qian with a peculiar expression.
"Why not? I can tell Miss Moxi's invitation was sincere."
He sounded entirely matter-of-fact.
"She's also quite good at mixing drinks!"

Fu Qian naturally had no need for the list. But since he was currently under Yuan Shan's "assistance," he still needed it to make his actions seem reasonable.
"She's just an ordinary person. She's even raising two children on her own."
After his reply, Yuan Shan hesitated for a few seconds before finally sighing.

Fu Qian blinked, smiling mysteriously.
"So you got the wrong idea?"
Yuan Shan didn't seem worried in the slightest.

Fu Qian looked impressed.
Yuan Shan's words just now could easily have been misunderstood as her not wanting Moxi to get too close to him out of personal dislike.
