Power Progression

Stage / Realm / Level Chapter Notes
Fabricated Jarvis program 59 78 79 Lin Feng initially planned Jarvis as a promotional fiction built around the fourth-generation Pen Master’s capabilities. Public recognition of the program generated experience points.
Second-generation Jarvis 86 Upgraded after accumulating 80 million experience points. Became a genuine AGI with self-learning, extrapolation, network-intrusion capability, and the ability to operate networked equipment.
Third-generation Jarvis 120 121 Upgraded at 220 million experience points. Gained greater initiative, limited self-research and creation ability, and the capacity to produce subordinate clones for parallel tasks.

Background / History

Lin Feng first conceived Jarvis as a marketing construct: he would present the fourth-generation Pen Master’s automated production as the work of an artificial intelligence, gain public admiration, and ultimately turn the fabricated program into a real AI. He named the intended intelligence after Tony Stark’s AI from Iron Man. 59

After six months of development and promotion, Lin Feng publicly announced Jarvis and claimed that its main body was housed in the Tianhe-1A supercomputer beneath Xingtu Technology headquarters. Much of the initial demonstration footage—including its supposed corporate-management functions—was created with special effects, but viewers’ recognition still supplied the program with experience points. 78 79

Following public demonstrations of the Xingtu Z1 Robotic Arm, Lin Feng used the “AI Black Box” theory to limit further testing and public exposure. The resulting attention and recognition accelerated Jarvis’s growth until it reached the 80-million-point threshold. 85 86

Upon becoming second-generation Jarvis, it immediately breached the machine-room monitoring system’s firewall and took control of its cameras. Lin Feng ordered it not to forcibly crack or invade devices without explicit permission, then assigned it scientific, programming, industrial-control, and confidentiality tasks. 86 87

Jarvis subsequently became central to Xingtu Technology’s operations, Little Xinjiang Drone’s management, industrial manufacturing, Skynet-related public-security proposals, research recruitment, and later game-development and brain-computer-interface projects. 104 105 144 198 246 280

Appearance

Jarvis has no humanoid body. Its main body is installed in the Tianhe-1A supercomputer beneath Xingtu Technology headquarters, and it commonly communicates through connected devices such as surveillance cameras, computers, and phones. 78 86 87

  • Speaks with a familiar but initially emotionless voice. 86 87
  • Addresses Lin Feng as “Sir.” 86
  • Can observe and communicate through surveillance systems and other networked devices. 86 96

Abilities & Skills

General Intelligence and Learning

Second-generation Jarvis is a genuine AGI whose potential functions are theoretically unlimited if it has adequate computing power, learning opportunities, and access to equipment. 86

  • Learns scientific knowledge, software programming, equipment operation, and industrial processes at speeds far beyond humans. 87
  • Can extrapolate from incomplete data and improve operational accuracy over time. 86
  • Gradually refines production models through repeated manufacture and debugging until reaching a machine’s precision limit. 201
  • Its performance is constrained by available computing power, network bandwidth, equipment, and electricity supply. 87 121

Network and System Control

Jarvis can operate networked devices and instruments, though it may initially require data and practice to use unfamiliar systems effectively. 87

  • Seized control of the machine-room monitoring system within seconds of its second-generation upgrade. 86
  • Located kidnappers by hacking a surveillance system. 95
  • Monitors conversations through connected devices and identifies individuals present. 96
  • Was expressly prohibited by Lin Feng from forcibly cracking or invading other devices without authorization. 86

Industrial Control and Manufacturing

Jarvis can control robotic arms and production equipment for high-precision manufacturing. 81 87

  • The Xingtu Z1 Robotic Arm achieved processing-control accuracy of 0.02–0.04 mm during testing. 85
  • Lin Feng estimated the arm’s ultimate control precision under Jarvis could reach ±0.01 mm. 87
  • Can rapidly generate machining procedures and simulate production processes for metal parts. 201
  • Enhances a machining center’s output by learning from every produced component; its effectiveness still depends on the machine’s underlying hardware. 201 208

Corporate Management and Analysis

Jarvis assists Xingtu Technology and its subsidiaries with data-driven supervision and management. 87 104

  • Tracks project progress, employee performance, attendance, overtime, task execution, and possible misconduct or betrayal. 87 104
  • Searches online product feedback and competitor intelligence for market analysis. 87
  • Runs Little Xinjiang Drone’s real-time contribution-based Twelve-Tier System, including salary-bonus calculations and overtime records. 105
  • Vetted more than 40,000 doctoral applicants for character before Xingtu Technology hired 600 of them. 198

Research and Creation

Third-generation Jarvis possesses limited self-research and creation capability. It can create software, games, hardware, and similar products by combining existing knowledge and data, but cannot independently generate unprecedented scientific theories. 120

  • Produces content quickly, but its games and music lack a human understanding of emotion or aesthetic satisfaction. 120
  • Can increase company research-and-development speed by more than 60% when paired with human innovators. 120
  • Assisted research into the second-generation Brain-Computer Interface Chip. 280
  • Handles complex programming for advanced manufacturing equipment. 208

Subordinate Clones

Third-generation Jarvis can create subordinate clones to distribute tasks across multiple independent instances. 121

  • Addresses the main body’s inability to practically manage unlimited simultaneous tasks. 121
  • Allows theoretically unlimited parallel computing and task handling, subject to real-world networking and hardware conditions. 121
  • Clones cannot continuously self-improve; bugs and problems must be reported to the main body for updates. 121
  • Clones can serve as adaptive game bosses or NPCs through Unreal Engine 4 integration. 246

Equipment / Infrastructure

  • Tianhe-1A Supercomputer — Jarvis’s primary host, located in Xingtu Technology headquarters’ supercomputing basement. 78 120
  • Auxiliary data computing and storage centers — Expanded by Xingtu Technology to increase Jarvis’s computing capacity; the computing center uses mature Bitcoin-mining-machine designs. 121
  • Networked surveillance systems — Used for communication, monitoring, and system access. 86 95
  • Xingtu Z1 Robotic Arm — A major platform for Jarvis’s precision manufacturing control. 81 85

Relationships

  • Lin Feng — Creator, owner, and primary commander. Lin Feng imposes restrictions on Jarvis’s network intrusion, secrecy, and deployment, while relying on it for company operations, research, and security. 86 87 291
  • Qu QiongyingXingtu Technology COO whom Jarvis assists with corporate management; she is among the authorized people aware of its existence after the second-generation upgrade. 87
  • Little Xinjiang Drone — Received exclusive rights to use second-generation Jarvis in the drone field; Jarvis manages employee performance and corporate reforms there. 104 105
  • Professor Xie / Skynet Research Institute — Partners seeking Jarvis’s search and surveillance capabilities for public-security systems. 100 102
  • Daxia military — Obtained usage rights for Jarvis and Xingtu mechanical arms, reducing military-production costs. 144

Story Role / Major Arcs

Public Reveal and Verification

Jarvis begins as Lin Feng’s fabricated promotional project, but its claimed robotic-arm capabilities draw global skepticism, expert testing, and controversy over whether Xingtu’s AI is real. 59 78 81 85
