A massive map of Great Xia covered the front wall. All seventeen provinces and tens of thousands of cities were marked on it in painstaking detail.

One-fifth of the cities on the map were marked with crimson dots, meaning the Nine Netherworld Sect had extended its influence into them. Even the imperial capital, the largest city in the land, had been infiltrated.

The shops were still in the investment and construction phase, so their profits were meager, all going toward building more shops. But the future looked bright.

With that money, he wouldn't have to worry anymore about his monthly loan payments, which he'd been paying out as a sect member, coming to light.
