Hua Wuyan poisoned Yi Chengsheng after her offer of surrender was rejected, and Chen Yi prepared to attack the weakened group.

• Chen Yi and the four Martial Gods entered the Cauldron World after Yi Chengsheng and the other city lords were trapped inside.
• The five city lords mocked the treasures in the Cauldron World and attempted to seize them, prompting the Myriad Souls Banner to attack Yi Chengsheng.

The Sword Master struggled up the Ascension Path and entered the Real Realm, leaving Chen Yi and the others behind. Months later, Shen Qingshan prepared to ascend as Chen Yun and Shen Jia saw him off, though they did not know whether he could return.

• The Sword Master defied the Ascension Path’s resistance, spent months climbing it, and vanished into the Real Realm.
• Chen Yi learned that Hua Wuyan would stay in the Human World, then returned to White Cloud County with her.

• Chen Yi chose the Four-Eyed Spirit Monkey to ascend first, while keeping the Fire-Eyed Golden Monkey in the Human World in hopes of connecting with Ji Wuqing.
• Chen Yi and Hua Wuyan brought the Four-Eyed Spirit Monkey to the Ascension Path, where it climbed without resistance and vanished toward the Real Realm.

• Chen Yi received the “Simulated Clone” entry and realized it could summon his five past selves, though they were old, injured, or near death.
• Chen Yi replaced “Hulk” with “Simulated Clone” and summoned all five versions of himself in the Chen Mansion courtyard.
• Chen One appeared frail and confused, while Chen Two and Chen Three wondered how they had returned after dying.

After she struck him down and tried to take the Myriad Souls Banner, Chen Yi entered Extreme Rage and launched a counterattack with the banner’s Artifact Spirit.

• Chen Yi equipped the Knight Safety Zone trait and passed mines where nonhuman overseers forced Human Race workers to labor.
• Chen Yi approached a Human Race village but was ambushed by a fast-flying Old Demon Hag who recognized his artifacts and tried to rob him.
• Chen Yi fled with his Thunder-Chasing Lightning-Catching Boots, but the hag used Divine Patterns to redirect him and struck him with her staff.
• Chen Yi summoned Chen Five to absorb much of the blow, while Phantom of Civil War revealed that the hag’s Noble Divine Pattern could be countered by an Imperial Divine Pattern.
• The Old Demon Hag knocked Chen Yi’s artifacts away and reached for the Myriad Souls Banner, triggering his Extreme Rage and Super Saiyan 1 transformation.
