On a bright and sunny day, the harbor was bathed in sunlight. People were busy working, and ships crisscrossed the sea, creating a bustling scene.

Suddenly, a streak of lightning tore through the sky, appearing like a flash above the harbor.

Electro wore a black mask on his head and a sleek, stylish black bodysuit, radiating dazzling electric light all over his body. His build was tall and sturdy, with smooth, powerful muscle lines that showcased his unparalleled combat prowess.

"Unidentified creature above the harbor."

Alarms blared throughout the harbor, and red warning lights immediately flashed.

Electro's appearance plunged the port into instant chaos. Ordinary workers scrambled to take cover, fearing they would be caught in the conflict.

Flickering arcs of electricity surrounded Electro's body, as if he were the embodiment of electrical energy. This unique ability granted him extraordinary speed and immense offensive power in battle. "Let's see if you can test the results of my month-long training."

Time rewound to a few days before his departure from Dragon Country last month.

Electro sat cross-legged in the center of the training grounds, crackling with dazzling electric light. His expression contorted, and he was cultivating the power of his full burst.

Just then, a leisurely voice sounded, "Unleash all your power, then go all out." The voice caught Electro's attention, and he looked up towards its source.

Chin Genzai quietly appeared before Electro. He wore simple clothes, his face wise, exuding an awe-inspiring aura.

"This method is indeed brave, but too much force breaks," Chin Genzai said slowly, his tone calm yet profound.

Electro's heart stirred. He knew Chin Genzai had something to say, so he listened quietly.

Chin Genzai said, "Your power comes from within, not just from external stimuli and bursts. Only by finding true strength deep within can you fight enduringly."

Electro seemed to grasp something. He understood Chin Genzai's meaning. His power shouldn't just rely on external firepower; he needed to draw true strength from within.

Chin Genzai continued, "While power bursts are impressive, at critical moments, pursuing an all-out assault often leads to breakage. It's like a paper candle; though its flame is fierce, it extinguishes with the slightest breeze."

He paused and continued, "Consolidate the Foundation and Cultivate the Origin means gathering power within yourself, reaching a state of careful protection and control through introspection and meditation. This method of cultivation allows your power to be developed to a deeper level and makes your attacks more precise and sustained."

Electro focused on Chin Genzai's every word, a sense of enlightenment rising within him. He gradually understood the importance of Consolidate the Foundation and Cultivate the Origin, knowing he needed to train more deeply to control his power from the inside out.

This way, your power will be released more completely and stably."

Electro was now like a walking thunderbolt. He moved like lightning between the docks, using his extraordinary speed and agility to dodge the attacks of the Nest Organization soldiers.

Upon seeing Electro's arrival, the Nest Organization soldiers immediately prepared for battle. Wielding advanced weapons, they charged towards Electro with fierce momentum, attempting to kill him.

"Kill him! Don't let him get close to the core area!" a Nest Organization commander shouted loudly.

However, Electro's movements were incredibly swift, and he easily dodged every shot. He transformed into lightning, weaving through the enemy lines, leaving them helpless.

Electro's fists gathered immense energy, forming a massive energy sphere. He aimed at the Nest Organization's defenses and, with a wave of his hand, the energy sphere shot out rapidly, blasting towards the enemy.

"Ah!" the Nest soldiers cried out, struck directly by the energy sphere and turning to dust.

The other soldiers shifted their attention, attempting to combine their efforts to block Electro's attack. However, Electro did not retreat. His figure flashed as rapidly as lightning, seeming to be everywhere at once.

He suddenly appeared beside a soldier and delivered an aerial kick, sending the opponent flying. Immediately after, he turned and delivered a side kick, knocking down another soldier.

Electro's current fighting style was extremely unique. He used rapid maneuvers and precise attacks to quickly defeat waves of Nest Organization soldiers. But as time went on, the enemy gradually realized Electro's weakness.

"His attack speed is too fast, we can't withstand it! Concentrate your fire and attack his weak points together!" the commander ordered.

The Nest Organization soldiers began to fire volleys, trying to find an opening in Electro's defense.

"You think saturation fire will work?"

Electro extended his right hand and pushed. A burst of lightning energy erupted from his body, causing all the incoming bullets to fall to the ground.

"What! What is this power!" the commander exclaimed in shock.

Electro gathered energy again, using his super-powered speed stimulated by electricity to dart between the enemies, easily evading their attacks.

Finally, he condensed a massive sphere of electrical energy, filled with destructive power. He raised his hand high and hurled it fiercely towards the Nest Organization's core area.

The energy sphere flew like a bolt of lightning, tearing through the sky, and instantly impacted the Nest Organization's defenses. With a deafening roar, the entire port was shaken by the energy shockwave.

Buildings in the port collapsed one after another, and the Nest Organization soldiers suffered heavy casualties, utterly defeated by the explosion of the energy sphere.

Zing, zing, zing, zing...

Four sharp sword slashes approached, and four swift thieves rapidly closed in on Electro.

"This won't do." Nathan Hawke raised his right index finger.

"Huh?" The four thieves froze in mid-air.

Puchi, puchi, puchi, puchi...

Electro generated an energy beam, piercing through the four flying thieves that Nathan Hawke had pinned in mid-air.

"Your Excellency, who are you?" The leader of the flying thieves, Dragon, appeared before Nathan Hawke and the other. His eyes held a cold and steady gaze.

Nathan Hawke's telekinetic senses detected more hidden flying thieves in the vicinity. He said to Electro, "I'll handle the ones in hiding. Fly into the air if you're in danger."

Dragon wore a black cloak over a black, form-fitting suit. His upper body was a long-sleeved black shirt, and his lower body was a pair of black, tight-fitting trousers. A red diagonal stripe on his shirt provided a stark contrast. Dragon also wore black gloves adorned with gold metal decorations, giving them a sturdy and imposing appearance. His shoes were also black, simple and practical in design.

Dragon watched the two, neither of whom seemed inclined to respond.

Dragon rapidly flashed in front of Electro, his hands forming claws as he lunged fiercely at Electro. Electro agilely dodged, his body darting like lightning.

Dragon was not discouraged. With a movement, he transformed into a black shadow and lunged at Electro. His speed was incredible, making him almost impossible to track.

A hint of caution flashed in Electro's eyes. He knew Dragon was extremely fast and couldn't afford to be careless. He concentrated, channeling all his electrical energy to form an arc barrier to defend against Dragon's assault.

Dragon's fists were like a beast's claws, instantly connecting with the arc barrier. A flash of electricity erupted as Dragon's attack was blocked by the barrier's powerful energy.

Electro seized the opportunity to counterattack. He quickly closed in on Dragon and delivered a powerful straight punch. Electricity exploded, hitting Dragon's body with a dull thud.

Dragon was struck by Electro's punch and sent flying backward. But he quickly regained his balance, his expression still cold, showing no sign of pain.

Dragon advanced again, weaving through the ruins like a black shadow, sometimes dodging Electro's attacks and sometimes closing in rapidly, attempting to engage in close combat. He employed a unique style of martial arts, turning his moves into sharp blades, attacking Electro's vital points with lightning speed.

Electro did not back down, using his extraordinary speed and electrical power to counter Dragon's offensive. He flickered like lightning at times, and at others, he transformed into an arc of electricity, zipping through the air, trying to break free from Dragon's entanglement. His fists crackled with immense electrical energy, each punch carrying destructive power, capable of inflicting astonishing damage upon impact.

Dragon's movements were agile and swift, leaving almost no openings. Every attack was skillfully evaded. Electro, on the other hand, used his superhuman speed to constantly try and close the distance with Dragon, searching for an opportunity to defeat him.

"Your fist techniques are good, but not enough to defeat me," Dragon said coldly, his eyes glinting with a chilling light.

"Hmph," Electro snorted. I only studied under Master Chin Genzai for a month.
