After Chen Yanxi admits that she initially used Wang Ge but genuinely likes him, Wang Sheng accepts her answer enough to call her “sister-in-law,” while warning that he will not allow her to hurt Wang Ge 81.
Soon afterward, he has personnel investigate Chen Yanxi and Gu Panyan, then orders both women to be protected without their knowledge. He instructs his people to blame their mother if the surveillance is discovered 82.
