Lei Potian hunched his neck, but secretly reveled in his heart.
The bigger the ruckus, the better.
It'd be best if you provoked that fiend into a rage and got him to drag that brute here to keep me company.
Standing guard alone was too lonely. Having someone else for company wasn't bad.
"What are you making all that noise for? Are you in such a hurry to be reborn?"
Yang Dingtian's voice drifted down from the mountain.
Immediately afterward, two figures landed before the mountain gate.
Mangu stared at the black-clad young man and the monkey carrying a saber, murderous light flickering in his eyes.
"So you two little brats are the ones who turned Lei Potian into this?"
Yang Lingtian ignored him and instead looked toward Lei Potian.
"Old Lei, this is where you went wrong."
"Guests have arrived. Why haven't you served tea?"
Lei Potian's heart lurched. He hurriedly picked up the battered teapot.
"Sect Master, the tea... the tea's gone cold."
"Then warm it up." Yang Lingtian's tone was indifferent.
Mangu was ignored, and completely exploded.
"Bastard, I'm talking to you!"
He swung the wolf-fang club in his hand, whipping up a fierce wind as it smashed straight toward Yang Lingtian's forehead.
This strike had no fancy flourishes whatsoever. It was pure strength.
Even space was crushed apart, releasing a sharp, ear-piercing shriek.
"A contest of strength?" Yang Dingtian grinned.
He planted his great saber into the ground, clenched both fists, and punched straight into the wolf-fang club.
"Divine Ape Moves the Mountain!"
Boom!
Two fists, one large and one small, collided.
A shock wave visible to the naked eye swept outward, uprooting every tree around them.
Mangu felt tremendous force travel up his arm, shaking the web between his thumb and forefinger until it split.
