What is Failed Serum?

The Failed Serum was a failed product from Dr. Reinstein's research into Super Soldier Serum while working under the Nazis.

In fact, this serum has already achieved all the expected functions, enabling humans to become incredibly strong, as fast as a cheetah, and possess unparalleled mental fortitude.
