Smiler Wetland
At one of the entrances to Smiler Wetland, a three-person team had gathered.
"Hey, are you sure it's okay to dress like that?" Kevin asked, looking at Men Qi.
"Does it look good?" Men Qi openly showed herself off, even raising her arms and spinning around once.
She wore a crop top paired with extremely short shorts. It was certainly cool and attractive, showing off her figure to the fullest, but it did not seem very suitable for entering a jungle.
"It looks good." Kevin did not hesitate to praise her, even giving her a thumbs-up. "Very nice."
"Pervert."
"Everyone appreciates beauty." Kevin was thick-skinned enough not to care.
Buhaci sighed helplessly beside them, then lowered his head with a somewhat strange expression. "Men Qi is still underage."
"What?!" Kevin cried out, sizing Men Qi up and down with disbelief. You're telling me she's underage?
"Idiot! I was already an adult when I became a Hunter!" Men Qi shouted indignantly, raising both fists. "Where I'm from, you're considered an adult at fourteen! I only applied to become a Hunter after I became an adult!"
"But the laws of the Kingdom of Ganyou say you have to be eighteen to be considered an adult, don't they?" Buhaci said, spreading his hands.
"That law is unreasonable! Most countries consider sixteen adulthood, and I'm already sixteen this year!"
She had developed remarkably well, Kevin could not help thinking. Yet he said, "Becoming a Hunter at such a young age... you really are talented and impressive."
"Hehe." Men Qi gave two smug little hums.
Then she stared at Kevin. "Don't worry, I came prepared."
As she spoke, she pulled out a bottle resembling a seasoning shaker from somewhere and sprinkled herself twice as though applying perfume. Glittering dust drifted into the air.
