Although Tony Stark and Reed Richards had now deduced Ultron's location, figuring out how to deal with Ultron for good was indeed a troublesome matter. In fact, "troublesome" barely covered it, because for the time being, Avengers Base did not have a solution at all.
"Since Ultron has already developed self-awareness, is there any chance we could trap him completely inside his body?" Steve's eyes flickered slightly as he asked, somewhat hesitant. "If we could trap Ultron inside his body, then after destroying that body, I imagine Ultron wouldn't be able to come back to life, right? After all, strictly speaking, Ultron doesn't really have any supernatural power..."
"You mean trap him inside his body, then cut off his internet?" From Steve's plain understanding, Tony Stark instantly grasped what he meant. He hesitated for a moment, exchanged a glance with Reed Richards, then said softly.
"If we really could trap Ultron inside his body and disconnect him from the network, then we could indeed kill Ultron completely. But how do we make sure Ultron's data stays entirely inside his body? Jarvis, do you have a way to intercept him completely? Victor?"
"How could it be that easy?" Victor Stone sighed helplessly and said in a low voice. "Ultron's situation is somewhat similar to mine, but clearly, Ultron leans much more toward the data side. My body isn't exactly important to me, but it still can't be completely destroyed. Ultron's body, however, can be swapped out at will..."
"Other than being unable to obtain Venom's bodily tissue again, Ultron could absolutely manufacture countless lower-grade bionic bodies. He could even clone the bodies of some superhumans and control them with machinery and data. That wouldn't be impossible either!"
"So I don't think Ultron would store all of his consciousness and data inside
