Hak foo Dies, Mask Appears
"No!" When he sensed that the Shadow-Devouring Soldiers had been completely killed by Robet, Hak foo panicked instantly. His only means of slightly resisting Robet was completely gone. With his current strength, he probably couldn't even withstand a single move from Robet, after all, he had already seen just how terrifying Robet was after his transformation.
However, after shouting, Hak foo just stood there blankly, without making any move. He neither tried to escape nor transformed into a shadow to hide. It seemed as if he was preparing to stand there and wait for Robet's arrival.
Robet didn't keep Hak foo waiting long. While Hak foo remained silent, seemingly lost in thought, Robet approached Hak foo, smiling as Hak foo said, "To be honest, you surprised me. It would have been normal if you hadn't run away before, but the fact that you didn't run away now is completely unlike you!"
"I'm truly sorry, I disappointed you before!" After hearing Robet's words, Hak foo came to his senses, took a deep breath, and looked at Robet seriously, saying, "To be honest, I didn't expect that when I was truly desperate, I would rediscover my original self. Running away so many times before was certainly not the behavior of a martial artist. Now that you're here, give me one last chance to regain my dignity as a martial artist!"
"Alright!" Robet smiled and nodded at Hak foo. He didn't believe what Hak foo said, because Hak foo had already shown what it meant to be two-faced. However, Robet didn't care what Hak foo was thinking. Now that Hak foo was dead, everything was resolved. There was no need to worry about Hak foo having any schemes, since Hak foo had no way to escape from the Mirror Dimension.
Upon hearing Robet's words, Hak foo was startled. Clearly, Hak foo's mindset hadn't changed despite his Extremis; he simply felt that Robet valued warriors and martial artists. If he could demonstrate such qualities, would Robet think more highly of him, thus giving him a glimmer of hope?
Hak foo didn't know the final outcome before, but having no other choice, he could only try. Unfortunately, Hak foo now knows that his plan has failed, and all he can do is have a proper fight with Robet...
With a "whoosh!", seeing Hak foo standing there stunned and unresponsive, Robet's eyes flashed with impatience. A powerful aura burst forth from Robet's body, pressing down on Hak foo and instantly blasting Hak foo away.
Having already experienced a thrilling battle, Robet now looks down on Hak foo, especially since Robet is currently in his Great Ape Power: Wrath transformation state, only having deactivated his Berserker Fist. Otherwise, the terrifying and violent aura from the recent battle would have been enough to severely injure Hak foo on the spot!
With a "whoosh!" sound, after being blasted away, Hak foo understood that he had lost all means of escape. Robet would not let him go because of his change of heart and words. He either had to obediently wait for death, or fight to the death and die in the battle...
At this point, Hak foo decided that even if he died, he would splatter Robet's face with blood!
With a terrifying roar, Hak foo began to swell, and streams of Dark Power surged into Hak foo body, making him incredibly bizarre. Even Hak foo hair turned from red to black and fluttered in the wind, with black energy dissipating into the air with each movement.
At this moment, Hak foo was fighting desperately. Faced with Extremis, Hak foo used all his strength, not only draining his own life force but also draining the Shadow-Devouring Mask!
Robet could clearly see that as Hak foo's aura grew stronger, even the Shadow-Devouring Mask was struggling to withstand the surge of Dark Power, and began to show cracks!
"Good! That's more like it!" Robet nodded in satisfaction. While Hak foo was certainly not as strong as the previous Shadow-Devouring Soldiers, his current strength was barely acceptable. It wouldn't be dirty for him to have such an opponent die at his hands...
"Bang!"
The next moment, Hak foo rushed towards Robet, his Dark Power condensing into a terrifying dark light that shot towards Robet's body, but he was sent flying by a single punch.
The dark light was blasted into a ball and crashed onto the distant ground, followed by a bizarre explosion. There was no sound of explosion, but the surrounding land and buildings were mysteriously swallowed up, leaving a terrifying, pitch-black crater!
"That's interesting. The Shadow-Devouring Soldiers I fought before was a warrior, so you're a mage. Finally, we can have some Ki Blast battles. In such a good environment, it would be a bit unsatisfying not to unleash some energy blasts!" Robet glanced at the dark crater, a slight smile playing on his lips, and said with a hint of excitement. He then unleashed an Ki Blast blast towards Hak foo.
"Boom!" With a loud explosion, Hak foo's body was sent flying, but a dark force formed a barrier that protected Hak foo, preventing Hak foo from being injured by the Ki Blast.
However, how could an ordinary Ki Blast be Robet's attack? It would be a disservice to the fearless environment of this Mirror Dimension if he didn't unleash a Prince's Combat Method. Besides, this time only Robet is causing destruction; there is no other expert of the same level recklessly using energy attacks. There is absolutely no need to worry about destroying the Mirror Dimension on the spot.
"Boom!" As Robet released Ki Blast, explosions echoed throughout the Mirror Dimension, while the environment below was continuously destroyed, and large amounts of smoke and dust surged out.
However, this time Robet broke the rule that smoke doesn't cause harm. Beneath the smoke and dust, the dark barrier protecting Hak foo shattered and reformed, and the Shadow-Devouring Mask, under such repeated impacts, shattered completely...
With a "crack!", as the Shadow-Devouring Mask shattered completely, Hak foo also lost the power from the Dark Dimension. He then transformed back into that Super Soldier, and a very powerful Super Soldier at that.
However, the combat power of Super Soldier is really not enough in this battlefield. Even though Hak foo can almost be called the number one Super Soldier in history, Hak foo does not have the protagonist's halo and does not have any passive ability to win. Therefore, as the Prince's Combat Method continued to attack, Hak foo's body was completely bombarded and destroyed!
Thus ended the life of Hak foo, whose life had been far more tumultuous than his original trajectory, yet who had completely strayed from the right path. He didn't even leave a last word before his death. It's unknown whether he regretted taking such a path or missed his once pure way of doing things when he died...
With a "whoosh!", however, after Hak foo completely perished, the Shadow-Devouring Mask did not disappear. Even though the Shadow-Devouring Mask was shattered countless times under Robet's attacks, it still stubbornly persisted.
The Dark Dimension was continuously supplying the Shadow-Devouring Mask with Dark Power to sustain General Min-Ta's life, and General Min-Ta's consciousness only gradually returned after Hak foo's death.
Previously, in the mountains, General Min-Ta wanted to possess Hak foo's body, so he ambushed the injured Hak foo. However, General Min-Ta questioned Hak foo's martial arts consciousness. Although Hak foo had gone astray and was no longer considered a true warrior in Robet's eyes, Hak foo's own consciousness remained very strong.
Therefore, General Min-Ta's attempt to possess Hak foo's body ultimately failed. After a series of battles, Hak foo regained control of his body and the power from the Shadow-Devouring Mask, embarking on his path of revenge and accumulating resources to eventually become king.
Only now, after Hak foo's complete death, did General Min-Ta realize what the host of the Shadow-Devouring Mask had done. General Min-Ta was filled with fear. From Hak foo's remaining memories, he learned of Robet's strength, a strength far beyond his capabilities. This made General Min-Ta curse Hak foo inwardly, unsure how to break this deadlock...
"My lord! I surrender! I surrender!" At first, General Min-Ta planned to wait until Robet stopped attacking before trying to communicate with Robet. However, as time passed, the Shadow-Devouring Mask shattered again and again, and the power of the Dark Dimension behind it was transmitted time and time again. General Min-Ta still did not see the Prince's Combat Method stop.
Robet's stamina far exceeded General Min-Ta's expectations. His internal energy was barely depleted. Not to mention using the Prince's Combat Method for such a short time, even if Robet continued to bombard the Prince's Combat Method here for three days and three nights, Robet wouldn't get tired!
There's no way around it. Compared to powerful moves like the Kamehameha Wave, which require charging up, the Prince's Combat Method is more like a normal attack using ki, much like Robet's punches when he only uses his physical strength. It doesn't really involve any energy expenditure.
If the Prince's Combat Method were truly powerful, he wouldn't only be able to deal with weaklings every time, failing to break through the defenses of any real opponent...
Therefore, after waiting for some time, General Min-Ta chose to surrender to Robet, hoping that Robet would spare his life, or at least stop attacking and stop torturing him.
It's important to understand that even though the Shadow-Devouring Mask is essentially General Min-Ta's true form, and the Dark Dimension behind him can regenerate the Shadow-Devouring Mask time and time again, it doesn't mean that General Min-Ta's body will suffer from being shattered again and again!
This was even more terrifying than being torn to pieces; it was an endless torment between life and death. Even the torment suffered by the Hydra Soldiers who had been repeatedly revived by Robet's Healing Spell paled in comparison to what General Min-Ta was experiencing now.
"Huh? Hak foo is dead?" Robet was having a great time using the Prince's Combat Method in mid-air, unaware that the Dark Power below had undergone a transformation, becoming purer.
Upon hearing General Min-Ta's voice, Robet carefully sensed the surroundings and realized that Hak foo was dead. He then temporarily halted the Prince's Combat Method, Robet he would soon have to resort to his previous methods to deal with the Shadow-Devouring Mask...
It could even be said that Robet is the Shadowkhan's destined nemesis!
"Thank you! Thank you!" When he realized that Prince's Combat Method had stopped attacking, General Min-Ta quickly appeared and expressed his gratitude to Robet. His original form Shadow-Devouring Mask, was restored. However, General Min-Ta had no intention of escaping. From what had happened before, General Min-Ta knew that this was not the normal Earth space, and escape was impossible. He might as well have a proper talk with Robet.
In General Min-Ta's view, it wasn't him who had a grudge against Robet. Although Hak foo used the power of the Dark Dimension and controlled the Shadow-Devouring Soldiers of his Shadow-Devouring Mask, it wasn't General Min-Ta's fault!
To be honest, General Min-Ta never imagined that Hak foo's ambitions could be so great, that he actually wanted to devour the shadows of all Earthling. General Min-Ta had never thought of such a thing before...
"Mr. Saiyan, I'm sorry, the guy who stole my power offended you and hurt many Earthling. I'm willing to apologize to you, and I only hope you can give me a chance to live..." General Min-Ta lowered his posture considerably, because he knew that his life was already in Robet's hands.
Even with the Dark Dimension continuously supplying him with power from afar, General Min-Ta didn't want to relive what had just happened. Who knew if the Dark Dimension would abandon him due to the excessive power supply? And who could guarantee that General Min-Ta's consciousness wouldn't collapse amidst repeated Devastation and rebirth?
Robet had dealt with quite a few Shadowkhan generals before, but to be honest, General Min-Ta was definitely one of the quickest to back down...
"Well, to be honest, I don't really care whether Hak foo's actions have anything to do with you..." Robet looked at General Min-Ta and slowly shook his head, saying softly, "I'm just very curious, how come you can keep restoring your Mask in this place? Theoretically, isn't this place not part of Earth? How can the power of the Dark Dimension enter under these circumstances?"
"The Mirror Dimension doesn't completely block energy from coming in from other dimensions. After all, I've also acquired a lot of power from other dimensions. If it were completely blocked, there would be times when I wouldn't be able to use the power of certain dimensions anymore..." Just as Robet finished speaking, the Ancient One appeared here, not giving General Min-Ta a chance to speak, and explained directly to Robet.
