Next, I'd like to say a few words. If you find it long-winded, you can skip to the end for the word count and bonus chapter rules!

After many ups and downs, this book is finally going to be available for purchase. Although there have been quite a few critical readers, there have also been many supportive readers. I am very grateful for everyone's support along the way.

Many people still say this book is a flop, but to be honest, it's the best book I've written in recent years. Most of the flaws I previously pointed out are no longer there, but some readers may have discovered new flaws... bitter smile

To be honest, that's how writing a book is sometimes; it's impossible to satisfy everyone.

Some readers clicked with my ideas, finding the setting, plot, or jokes very interesting, while others completely missed the point, finding it incomprehensible and even lashing out at me.

For example, in this book, with the same plot and setting, some people think it's impossible for Robet to bankrupt Kent Farm, while others think Kent Farm simply couldn't support a Saiyan; some think Robet is too weak after being shot in the head by a sniper rifle, while others think Robet is overpowered, already immune to sniper rifles after only a short time of awakening...

My editors, Xiao Feng and Xiaofeng, told me not to rush when writing a book, not to let comments affect my mood, and to focus on writing my book well. I am very grateful for Xiao Feng's guidance.

To be honest, I still care a lot about comments. During the new book period, I check the author's assistant at least a hundred times a day to see if the number of favorites has increased, if there are any reader votes, if anyone has noticed the jokes I wrote, how the current chapter is being received, and if any readers are coming in to criticize me... (This seriously delays my writing progress and uses up my saved drafts. I need to criticize myself!)

The main criticisms of this book likely stem from the first three chapters. The appearance of Huang Wen, the protagonist of the previous work, and the appearance of the little girl Ancient One are probably the most criticized parts. After that, the most criticized parts are the fact that he only awakens 15 years later and the setting that he doesn't know the specific plot of the American comic.

I could somewhat understand why the first two were criticized, but I really don't understand why the last two were criticized. Are they going to pad out the story with ten or more chapters to make Robet grow up?

As for Robet not knowing the original plot of the American comic book, since this is a completely new hybrid world where events don't occur independently, what use would knowing the original plot be? Would he be misled?

Why do Saiyan care so much? If there's an enemy, just wait for them to show themselves, then attack. After all, they have Superman as their navigator...

Some readers said they knew the plot while the protagonist didn't, making him seem silly. I don't quite understand that either. I've mixed up all the characters in the story; how could he possibly know the whole plot?

╮(╯▽╰)╭

Of course, what I find most incomprehensible are those who, after criticizing, linger and come back seeking validation, as if afraid no one will agree with their views, even those who say they're abandoning the book yet still collude with newly posted comments... Well, let's not talk about that anymore, since I've already explained the above issues in every place in the comments and book review sections.

Next, let's talk about the inspiration for this book. The inspiration naturally came from the previous book on this account. The protagonist drew the Son Goku ability from Yu Tiexiong in Future Cops and transformed into Super Saiyan. However, compared to the abilities that followed, this ability wasn't particularly outstanding, and it had few appearances. So, at that time, I had the idea of writing a separate book for it...

Some readers think that my ambition to combine DC Marvel is too great and is likely to fail, but they don't know that my ambition has already failed once.

In the original concept, the protagonist of the previous book grew up in the Marvel Universe, and during the war between the two universes, he sent the Supreme Superman of the DC Universe to Primordial World world. Then, he started a new story in another author's blog, and finally, the three books would have a final crossover. But unfortunately, the Primordial World Superman was cut because nobody wanted to read it...

Many readers, including some who have been following the series closely, are concerned about potential conflicts between DC Marvel settings. However, there's no need to worry about that. Trying to read while thinking about those settings will definitely make the reading experience uncomfortable.

After all, I'm not going to adopt all the original settings. This book is largely fan-created. As long as you can accept that this is a completely new and different world after the fusion, just like the synopsis says, you can enjoy seeing the different stories and characters in this new world, and whether you like it or not, you can even say something like, "Wow, this is a great way to set things up!"

Given my writing style, I think most people are interested in the original subject matter and fresh story.

As mentioned above, this is my best-performing book, and that's certainly true. I have two author accounts, but the one with the higher ranking is actually the lower one.

Of the three books I wrote before that were published, the first one was a long and somewhat dark martial arts novel with a complex protagonist who wasn't exactly a good guy. It wasn't very exciting and the beginning was a bit frustrating, but it was still a martial arts story that I had wanted to write. I wrote more than 2.5 million words and it was in the top ten of the single-player martial arts power rankings throughout. It didn't have 300 favorites after it was finished. Now, almost three and a half years after it was finished, the average daily subscription has risen to 2.

The second book's protagonist was quite slacker in the early stages. Although he was forced to grow and mature due to various pressures, many readers couldn't wait for the protagonist to grow up. When it was released, it had just over 5,000 favorites and 200 first-day subscriptions.

The third book is from this account, which is the previous one. It had 8,500 favorites when it was first released, but only 200 were subscribed...

It's not that I haven't cut books on both accounts. One book that didn't get a contract was cut after I persisted and wrote it to over 400,000 words (the novel I mentioned that had to be heavily revised in terms of setting and content due to reader feedback). Two other books that I signed but cut, one was cut after writing 270,000 words but not being published (the Superman one), and the other was cut after writing 320,000 words but not being published due to the pandemic.

But I will insist on finishing any book that is published. Even that martial arts single-player game, I spent more than a year writing it alone and accompanied the protagonist to the end. After all, I have written so much, it should at least have an ending.

Finally, let's talk about the most crucial thing: getting this book on the shelves!

When it reached 4000 favorites and had 770 effective reads, I thought it was about to take off. I figured that if this ratio of less than 6:1 continued, it would easily make it to the top three literary categories. But reality dealt me a heavy blow. By the time it reached 10000 favorites and only had 900 effective reads, there was no hope of it making it to the top three literary categories. I don't know if everyone else is nurturing the book or abandoning it... o(╥╥)o

When the release notice came out this Thursday, Feng Da said that the effective readership had reached 1100. Although it still didn't make it into the Three Rivers list, the small rebound after the big drop made me feel relieved.

I don't know if those of you who are actively following this book will actually subscribe, but I believe that by now, you'll be willing to support it, right?

Needless to say, the word count for each update upon release is a must; 10,000 words on the day of release is a minimum!

I'm considering dividing this 10,000-word story into several chapters. I'm thinking of writing it as a long chapter, which would make the subscription numbers look better, but I'm worried readers might find each chapter too expensive. I'm a bit conflicted. I'd like to see everyone's feedback; feel free to comment here...

... (Dividing the space for discussion and feedback)

As for the rules for additional chapters, the current number of favorites is over 12,300, and the effective readership on Thursday was 1,100 (the data displayed is from Tuesday). I estimate that maintaining 1,100 initial subscriptions over six days is not unreasonable, right? After that, for every 100 additional initial subscriptions, one extra chapter will be added after the book is released, with no upper limit!

The same applies to subsequent average subscriptions! For every 100 additional subscriptions, I'll add an extra chapter!

(Unleash my potential! I'm about to transform!)

As for the extra chapters for donations, I'm already very grateful for everyone's subscription support. However, if any readers want to donate, I'll add one chapter for every 100 RMB donated after the book's release. But please, underage readers and readers on Qidian. com, don't donate either. Oh, and please don't donate on iOS either, it'll be a loss for everyone...

The update will be released after midnight on August 1st. Whether it's one chapter or multiple chapters, they will all be released together. Please, subscribed readers, don't miss out!

Thank you all for your continued support! Whether Wuhu can take off again depends on this wave! Please subscribe to support us, at least subscribe to the first chapter to help with the initial subscription, thank you!
