In the Training Room, Diana and Kara practiced with great effort, because they realized that even if this dance-step fusion had flaws, it would still let them step up when danger came and add a powerful fighting force to Earth's side.
Unfortunately, no matter how hard Kara and Diana worked, and no matter how standard their postures were, there was still no sign that they were going to fuse. This was not a rule that existed in this world. Robet and Clark were able to use it because that rule power existed inside Robet's body, and only Robet could use dance-step fusion in this world.
So no matter how hard Diana and Kara tried, they still did not succeed. And while they were still working at it, Clark and Robet had already returned from beyond the dimension.
In truth, when it came down to it, Rolark's clash with the Darkness Lord had not lasted very long this time. At the very least, it had been far shorter than Robet's previous battles against various dimensional powerhouses, and it had not even matched the length of the battle fought on the battlefield opened on Earth when the Darkness Dimension descended.
After all, the fusion time was only half an hour in total, and Rolark had even shortened that fusion time somewhat because of his constantly rising combat power. So the time he had spent fighting the Darkness Lord added up to just a dozen minutes or so.
But in just those dozen minutes, he had almost beaten the Darkness Lord into doubting his entire existence, even forcing him to use his trump card to escape, only to end up being devoured by the Dark Dimension in the end.
"They're back!" Diana and Kara sensed and saw Robet and Clark appear one after
