Leiyin's actions left the three of them dumbfounded.

Master Roshi took a moment to regain his composure, then began the next phase of training for the two boys. He led them to the edge of a vast lake.

At a glance, the lake was at least several thousand meters wide. Master Roshi ordered the two of them to swim across it and back ten times.

"Ten times? That'll kill me!" Krillin grew nervous at the thought.

Master Roshi smacked him on the head with his staff. "Quit whining. If you want to become stronger, get moving!"

Kid Goku and Krillin immediately jumped into the lake and began paddling furiously.

Only then did Master Roshi shout from the shore, with absolutely no sense of decency, "Goku, Krillin, just a reminder—there are sea monsters and sharks in the water!"
