Ares used his Mythical Zoan powers to move Angel Island and Upper Yard toward the Land of Wano, while Gan Fall and the guards kept everyone safe. The islands began their journey to the New World, leaving Olvia eager to see Wano.
Whitebeard decided to leave Wano and seek his own path, while Upper Yard and Angel Island arrived in the skies above the country. The chapter left Whitebeard preparing to depart and Brook celebrating the islands’ arrival.
After carrying Upper Yard to the Land of Wano, Ares prepared to bring Olvia and the others down to explore while leaving Gan Fall and the Shandia Chieftain in charge of the sky island. Whitebeard and Kaido welcomed Ares back, while Brook and the others met them for the first time.
Ares returned to Wano with Whitebeard and Kaido, reunited with his allies, and encouraged Alber and Kozuki Oden to pursue their ambitions. He introduced Brook and Dr. Kureha as new companions, while planning to strengthen Wano and build forces to oppose the World Government.
Ares asked his allies to find a way to connect Land of Wano with the sky island he had brought from the Grand Line. He planned to spend the next few years strengthening Land of Wano so it could eventually secure recognition from the World Government, and the gathering turned to planning the country’s development.
Ares outlined a plan to cultivate swordsmen in the Land of Wano through dojos and tournaments, aiming to produce the World's Strongest Swordsman. He then proposed sending Kaido and others out to sea to gain experience and recruit useful talent.
Ares laid out plans for the God of War Pirates and the Land of Wano, while warning his followers not to bring disgrace on their cause. He left Fukurokuju in charge of building a powerful Ninja School and training a true ninja army.
