Germa Kingdom
The Germa Kingdom, the only country in the world without a fixed territory, could appear anywhere. Relying on advanced technology, fearless soldiers, and the princes and princesses of the Vinsmoke Family, it formed the Germa 66 that struck fear into the world!
As a nation of science for generations, Germa's technology far surpassed that of most countries in the world. In some areas, it had even reached the world's leading level. Existing much like a group of mercenaries, they roamed all over the world, acting as hunting dogs for their employers and tearing their enemies apart at the fastest possible speed.
The rulers of the Germa Kingdom, the Vinsmoke Family, had once conquered the entire North Blue through force. That alone showed how glorious this country had once been.
But that glory was long gone. To restore the nation's former prestige, Vinsmoke Judge, the current head of the Vinsmoke Family and commander of Germa 66, had gone so far as to modify his own children through science, giving them tremendous strength while stripping away much of their emotions and turning them into combat machines that obeyed only his orders.
The Germa Kingdom was made up of dozens of enormous snails carrying pieces of its territory. Floating on the sea, they could be disassembled and reassembled at will, making rapid movement and combat convenient.
These snails could cross the Red Line Continent without needing to pass through Reverse Mountain or the Calm Belt, greatly reducing the time lost in transit. It was an extremely efficient means of transportation.
