Eight hundred years ago, the world's most sinister warship, Pluton, was built here. This was the world's strongest shipbuilding workshop, gathering a group of highly skilled shipwrights.
The most famous among them was the fish-man Shipwright Tom, who had built the Oro Jackson for Pirate King Roger with the Treasure Tree Adam more than twenty years ago.
Because he had built a pirate ship for the Pirate King, his sentence was commuted because of the Sea Train. Fourteen years later, after the Sea Train was completed, he was framed, taken to Enies Lobby, and sentenced to death.
Before his death, he had two disciples. One was Iceburg, the current mayor of Water Seven and president of the Galley-La Company.
