On the New Continent, the incorporation of the various cities and the relief arrangements that followed had long since been organized into a complete system, with stable procedures and steps.

As long as they followed the procedures, there was basically no difficulty once they became familiar with them. This meant Zhou Xu did not need to worry too much about West Mountain City and Anling City.

Even so, the reports submitted by the various cities, along with the documents sent over from the Old Continent from time to time, still kept him busy.
