Acquired Threat Theory

By now, the Primordial Great World was flourishing, at the height of its prosperity.

The shift from innate to acquired was not a sign that the Primordial World was weakening.

Rather, it was a normal stage in the world's evolution. The Primordial World needed to begin accumulating its foundations.

The Primordial World had to accumulate energy and foundations in preparation for breaking through to its next extraordinary transformation and advancement.

As long as the world's progression could not be interrupted or reversed,

earth-shaking changes were taking place in the lower-level Cultivation World of the Primordial Wilderness.

The number of immortals and gods among the Acquired Races was overtaking the Innate Gods at a visible rate.

Even though the Acquired Immortal Gods still could not completely replace the immortal gods among the Innate Beings,

this change still made many innate great gods feel a sense of urgency—and a sense of threat.

When the heavens and earth no longer naturally gave birth to Innate Gods,

the Innate Beings below the Golden Immortal realm—

even those at the Golden Immortal realm—

would all eventually die out under the threats of limited lifespans and the Five Declines of Celestials.

When that time came, how would the mid- and high-level immortal gods who controlled most of the Primordial Wilderness's authority conduct themselves?

Would they continue enslaving the Acquired Beings, or manipulate the Acquired Races from behind the scenes?

Or would they let things run their course and ignore the changing situation?

No matter how the Primordial Wilderness developed, the Great Luo and Quasi-Sages would still be happy to live freely.

There were quite a few Quasi-Sage powers who held this view.
