He defeated three Kings, rejected the Heavenly Court’s bargain, and began hunting the invaders as the story turned toward the world’s future and his path to the Supreme Dao Realm.

• Mingluo Supreme revealed One Page Scholar’s unusual origin and warned that other Supremes would covet him, but Zhang Qingyuan refused to hand him over and escaped Master Huichan and Mingluo Supreme.
• Zhang Qingyuan used Utmost Sublimation and the Erlwood Divine Thunder to severely injure both Supremes before Lin Yan rescued him, while Mingluo Supreme destroyed Haoran Academy.
• Zhang Qingyuan recovered, entered seclusion, and broke through to Escape One as the Heavenly Dao’s retreat allowed the Outer Realm Kings to invade the Azure Realm.
• The Heavenly Extremity Sacred Land refused to help Central Continent, while Yan Beigui and Shen Zheng joined the resistance and learned that One Page Scholar led the Righteous Qi Alliance.

Zhang Qingyuan helped defend the Righteous Qi Alliance, defeated an Outer Realm Great Emperor’s incarnation, and rose to Emperor Level. After learning that powerful beings were searching the Death Forbidden Area for a path to the Supreme Dao, he entered its trials and reached the third gate.

• Lin Yan and Zhang Qingyuan killed Outer Realm enemies before Zhang Qingyuan returned to the Righteous Qi Alliance as the invaders began their counterattack.
• When Ten Thousand Thunder Mountain betrayed the Alliance and the Outer Realm Kings attacked, Zhang Qingyuan killed several Kings and defeated a Great Emperor-level incarnation with One Sword Samsara.
• Daoist Qingwei revealed that Outer Realm True Kings, Great Emperors, and ancient ancestors were exploring the Death Forbidden Area for a Supreme Dao inheritance.
