Scorching Sun Valley Base

In the afternoon of the third day, the legion finally arrived at their destination, the Scorching Sun Valley military base.

The base was surrounded by towering steel walls, their surfaces forged from a special alloy that gleamed with a cold metallic luster under the scorching sun. Their hardness was sufficient to withstand attacks from any conventional weapon.

Above the walls, energy amplification devices were installed at intervals, working in conjunction with the nano-composite materials embedded within the walls. Flowing, dynamic energy runes not only granted the walls powerful defensive capabilities but also allowed them to automatically adjust their color and texture based on environmental changes, like a mysterious and impenetrable shield.

Above the base, thousands of disc-shaped aircraft patrolled in an orderly fashion. A towering spire, piercing the clouds, stood in the center of the base, surrounded by a quantum force field emitting a faint blue light.

"Whoa, this is what a military base looks like! So grand, so imposing!"

Xiao Yunlong exclaimed, his eyes wide open.

Qin Dadi chuckled, "The Scorching Sun Valley base is our second-largest military base on Alpha 7. This base has been completed for almost two years, with all facilities fully equipped. Once we're settled, I'll treat everyone to a good meal tonight."

"Captain, you'd better be prepared to bleed some serious cash then," Xiao Yunlong grinned. Liu Zhaozhao beside him also showed a hint of anticipation.

"Haha, no problem." Qin Dadi laughed heartily.
