The group had appeared at a spot chosen with careful calculations. Directly ahead was the very breach that had been torn open earlier, its depths as dark as a cavern.
The nearby cannons had already been damaged by the effects of the mass points. With Colonel Lin Su leading the way, the assault team met no resistance. Psionic energy took the shape of a boat and enveloped them all, tracing a faint path through the darkness as it swiftly carried them across the distance and into the Titan Ship.
"Quick! Everyone, act independently. Our targets are the Energy Core and the Control Center. Get moving! We have only five days. After that, whether we've succeeded or not, regroup here. No waiting for anyone who's late!" Colonel Lin Su issued the order. The relevant data had all been updated before the battle.
In fact, the internal layouts of most stellar ships were similar. The locations of important core sections differed, but they were generally in the same areas. With the help of Psionic perception and even divine-art divination, it was still possible to find their targets in just a few days.
Time was tight. As soon as Colonel Lin Su finished speaking, he and several other Sages vanished, leaving the rest of the assault team's elite behind.
The group exchanged glances, but no one complained that the commander and his party hadn't taken them along. In truth, the fifteen Sages were the real force behind this operation. Everyone else was there to harass the enemy and disrupt the NPCs' judgment.
"Let's start with us." The Advanced-Tier Exorcist Priest leading the group glanced around, then quickly made his way to an open area.
The hundred or so priests needed no special instructions. They quickly spread out, using their bodies as nodes in
