As he spoke, his gaze turned toward the High-Dimensional Space-Time of the Tannis River System, where the Guixu defense line stood.
The transformed Fire God gradually awoke, ending a century of slumber.
The Dawn's transformation had taken longer than the Gods had expected. After the initial fusion was complete, the ship's hull, forged from Compressed Alloy, had been permeated by the Flame Rules and turned into a special kind of flame-based Psionic metal. Its defenses had grown even stronger, and its affinity for Psionics—especially flame-based Psionics—had reached an unprecedented level.
Just as its transformation ended, however, a Chaos Invasion took place. After easily destroying the Chaos Living Being, the colossal Psionic ship was flooded with vast quantities of source energy, further deepening the permeation of the Flame Rules into its hull.
This time, it wasn't just the hull. From the Gods' observations, even the two stars inside the colossal ship that served as its power source had been permeated by the Flame Rules and were beginning to transform into something entirely new.
Transforming the stars was far more difficult than changing the hull itself. It took a full century to complete.
Red flames streaked with gold blazed across the colossal Psionic ship, like a volcano that would never go out, constantly radiating light and fire.
The enormous ship was now moored in High-Dimensional Space-Time, like a blazing sun illuminating a vast expanse of worlds.
This was the domain of fire, the Divine Domain that came with the Lord of Flames. Nothing could cast a shadow within its reach, and so the area that had once been shrouded in darkness became a place of light within the Fire God's domain.
Guixu remained utterly dark. Even the light continually cast by the Fire God's domain could not illuminate that impenetrable darkness.
