"On behalf of the Imperial Administrative Council, I've come to take over this sector and oversee its colonization. Lieutenant Colonel, how is the security situation in the galaxy at present?"

"Your Excellency Governor, security in the Morning Star Galaxy is good. The military has already cleared out about 75% of the sector, and the remaining areas will be cleared within three weeks," Lieutenant Colonel Li Xiang replied.

"According to regulations, my fleet will remain in this galaxy for the next three months, responsible for the colony's security during its initial stages."

"Efficient!" Governor Mark gave a thumbs-up. "The Colony Ship fleet has 83 Frigates and 17 Destroyers. They'll follow your orders for the next three months!"

"Thank you for your support!" Li Xiang saluted.

The communication ended. Governor Mark thought for a moment, then quickly assigned tasks. "Everyone, it's time to get moving. The military has guaranteed us only three months of security. After that, we'll be on our own.

"The contingency plan is ready. Get moving!"

"Understood, boss!"

"Yes, sir!"

The comms channel descended into chaos. Mark shook his head helplessly. Switching from a mercenary group to a colonial expedition would take some getting used to.

Fortunately, before they reached their target galaxy, the entire system had already been mapped. A company specializing in helping expeditions would draw up a professional Development Plan based on the galaxy's conditions. As long as they followed the plan, they could usually establish a self-sufficient colony within about two months, with a month to spare.
